I have few questions in my mind,
1. Why the government gives so many deemed universities approvals, what is the need.
2. Why it has to derecognised them based on their poor management.
So my argument is
It is easy for the government to recognise and derecognise, what about the fate of the students. The students join them assuming that deemed universities are centers of excellence (Not their Fault, its our Governments), suddenly the government say they are not worth. Ridiculous.
Mr.Kapil Sibal says students will get their degree, it is not the question. But the question is what about the money the students paid over years to the universities with so called Deemed University status. Who will pay the difference? Also, even if they get the degree, what about their future having a degree from a defamed institution.
Government has to stop playing with education sector,
1. We dont need anymore universities, we need better management and corruption free administration.
2. We dont need quantity, we need quality.
3. Government has to take utmost care in approving any academic institution.
4. It is not the Govt. or the rich college owners who get affected, but it is the poor students who are seriously affected.
WECANN.
